Good ambience with good food and drink offer. From the lounge you have a very nice view of the surrounding area. In terms of price, the lounge is in the middle range, the quality of the food justifies this.

Very nice for a relaxed detour from Serengeti Park: delicious food (vegetarian burger with sweet potato fries and children's portion of spaghetti Bolognese). Very friendly service (boss?) And a great view from the beach chair on the Aller). = Happy city kid + relaxed dad

A very good opportunity to have a really good and relaxed dinner. Furnished with taste and mind. You'd love to come back there. No canteen equipment. Also very interesting for celebrations. The team takes care of every request. Very great place. Very good food. Rating very recommendable

Went there for lunch. Rather standard quality. You slowed down a bit (it was busy, but everything took longer than expected)

The atmosphere on the dike is very nice! However, the boss should rather cook himself instead of taking over the service part! Friendly and accurate, but the food suffered!

The location is amazing. Big green field in front with cows, horses etc and a canal nearby. Kids loved it. Limited option for vegetarian

Chance brought us here, luckily! Nice ambience (outside), inside also looked good. Nice burger creation, good fries, great schnitzel ..... if we are on the corner again we will come again, I promise!

A real gem, pretty but unassuming from the street. The hammer is behind the house, great beer garden with beach chairs in front of the dike. Really, a big inland dike in front of the Aller with a great view of the distance. The host is really nice and the food is reasonable for the price. I would be happy to come back here at any time.

Food was delicious, menu is great and simple... Of course make a reservation to ensure seating... What a great hidden gem in Hodenhagen... Was seriously pleased with it all... A cash or EC place only, no credit cards... "UPDATE" Went back the next day and it was just as amazing as the first time...

5 words should be enough ... Loving, enchanting, delicious, warm and child-friendly. But you have to say more about this establishment. The food is amazingly delicious, so delicious that we ate there the evening after. The ambiance is great, from the romantic food, I'm off to the family party, you can sit outside very nicely, all around nature. The staff are very professional and the portions plentiful. You feel very well from the first minute. I write few reviews but they are often read, so I really want to encourage them to eat here. I make a clear recommendation. We will come back.
